Carefully sourced fruit from our Estate Vineyard and several premier growing sites throughout the Fingerlakes is just the beginning. We hand harvest and meticulously sort the fruit before carefully processing in our facility.

The Unoaked Chardonnay returns in 2020! Stainless steel fermentation allows for unique characteristics in this crisp and bright take on Chardonnay.
